I recently had a rather memorable and interesting transaction that I thought I'd share. I assisted a buyer who lives in New York with purchasing a home in La Jolla. What made it unique was that the entire process, from the initial virtual tours to the final closing, was conducted via FaceTime. Interestingly, the buyer specifically wanted to find a home without stairs for his parents, but the property they ultimately purchased ended up having three sets of stairs! Let's just say it was a very unexpected turn of events during the transaction.
