One of my proudest moments in real estate was helping a client sell a property that had sat on the market for six months with another agent—at the same price. I listed it and had it under contract within just four hours of showings because a family member was very sick at the time. Even more rewarding, I was able to guide that same client through the simultaneous purchase of their next home, turning a frustrating experience into a smooth and successful transition.
