When I was an agent I covered all of San Diego County and some of Riverside County.  Primarily I covered the South Bay area. 

 

I was an agent for 19 years before I retired.  Did not like being retired, so Vinnie employed me as his Executive Assistant 5 years ago and now the entire team is like family to me.  I trust them with everything, and love that we help each other grow!

 

I am proud to say that as an ex Army Brat, my main focus was on helping our military with their real estate needs.  Even put a deal together for a Navy Lt via facetime once.  They did not step foot on the property until after we closed escrow. I truly believe that you will grow your wealth by owning real estate.

 

The best part about being a realtor is seeing the proud look on the clients face when you hand them the keys to their new property, especially if they are first time home owners.

 

I think the best client win was when I had my retired Navy client approved for a VA loan and when I asked him if he had a disability from his service, he said yes.  We were able to increase his buying power, because if the military labels you as 100% disabled, you do not pay property taxes.  The excitement that the entire family felt was very gratifying!

 

When I am not working I love doing community service and helping non-profits.  As a 15 year member of Eastern Star, we have been able to help so many organizations, such as Paws for Purple Heart, Fly Brave, Dogs for Autism, Dogs for Diabetics, Cancer research, Disaster relief around the world and many more.
