But he’s learned a few things about creating breakthroughs through experiences on American Ninja Warrior, training with the Navy SEALs, and most recently winning 3rd place in an ultra triathlon which is a 12 mile swim, 560 mile bike, and 131 mile run. He’s a professional speaker/trainer, event emcee, and host of the Challenges Build Champions Podcast.
