In this episode of the Road to Growth podcast, we are pleased to introduce you to Kelli Reese. Kelli Reese is an author, award-winning leadership coach, and former exec who was running a $34M organization before she boldly walked away from her seventeen-year career six years ago..
She works privately with female business owners and women in management roles to finally free them from the chronic self-worth issues holding them back. In her research & work, she's discovered that what’s keeping self-aware, high-achieving women from thriving in the exceedingly visible roles they were born to succeed in isn’t “imposter syndrome”: it’s deep, unhealed wounds around shame, judgment, and criticism that are linked to traumatic events from their past. These unresolved traumas create a confidence-destroying feeling of never being enough. Chronic self-worth issues are the hidden driver underlying their overcompensating, exhaustion, burnout, worry, and stress. Through her work, Kelli is helping women confidently show up in their roles and get the recognition (and the fulfillment), they deserve. Her clients thrive in work and life and feel more like themselves than ever while having the impact they’re meant to have.
Kelli lives full-time in an Airstream with her pug and cat. She works virtually with clients from all over the world through private coaching, group programs, and retreats.
