Rachel, LMFT, is a psychotherapist in San Diego who focuses on California's creative community — writers, artists, and musicians. She uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to help clients overcome trauma and obstacles in life. Rachel is a former newspaper copy editor who has now been in private practice for 4 years. She is a creative person herself and has performed with many vocal groups on stages all around San Diego.
